A space to create in!

I have spent the last few weeks creating a newer, bigger brighter space to sew in. My little room just wasn't quite big enough once I started making the quilts! After many hours on Pinterest, I found a layout that would suit my room.

I have gone from this room

& after many hours of painting & hard work, hubby putting together all the furniture, I now have this fantastic room that is all mine!!

I am happy just to sit in here, I love it, I still have a bit of sorting to do to get it nice & tidy, but I think it has turned out fairly good!

New Year, New Hobby

Ok this year my aim is to blog more, let you guys get to know me better!

Most of you know I started bubbamia to sell fabric while my hubby & I were doing IVF, the plan was to keep myself 'busy'! Well that worked.... you guys have kept me very busy, but sadly after many rounds of IVF, we are still without the pitter patter of tiny feet! But I have not given up, I know it will be our turn soon :)

Last year I decided to take a break from both & hubby & I went on a fantastic 4 week holiday in the UK, a trip which we plan to do again very soon! Since that 1st decision to have a break from selling fabrics I found that my heart was no longer in it 100%, & I much prefer to spend my spare time sewing!

So this year I will be selling of my remaining fabrics, & will be sewing instead! I have already started making & selling rag quilts which most of you have seen, but for those that haven't, here is a peek!! You can order by emailing me @ bubbamia@hotmail.com :)
